Biography
Born on 21 December 1997 in Mykolaiv (Ukraine) into a musical family, he started his studies at the age of four. He graduated with honours from the High College of Music in Mykolaiv in 2018 as pianist, composer and chamber-orchestra conductor, then continued at the Odessa National Academy of Music with Anatoly Kardoshev, Tatiana Shevchenko and Alexei Botvinov.
In March 2022 he moved to Germany, where he is a Master's student at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg with Hubert Rutkowski and Carolin Weichert (piano) and Gordon Kampe (composition). During winter semester 2025 he was an Erasmus student at the Conservatorio di Torino in Marina Scalafiotti's class.
Prizes: 3rd at the Chopin Competition Vienna (2019), finalist at the III International Polish Music Competition (2023), the Elise Meyer Competition (2024) and the Chopin Competition Granada (2024). In 2024 he participated in the Telemasterclass festival in Orio (Italy) and performed five solo recitals aboard the Sea Cloud Spirit during a transatlantic sailing tour. During winter 2024/2025 he gave ten concerts at the Swiss Mountain Clinic. He has released the album "My Piano Evolution" of his own compositions.
